"I was very worried about selling my historic home because it was such a unique property. After doing some research here on Zillow, I found Ashley, whose firm had recently sold other historic homes in the area, and called her. She immediately dazzled me with her extensive knowledge of the Daytona area and its housing market. When it came time to put the house on the market, she hired an absolutely amazing photographer who really showed the home at its best. The photos were more expensive than typical real estate photos but they were completely worth the money and I really appreciated that Ashley was not trying to cut corners and save herself money where spending a little more had the potential to make a major difference. When Ashley suggested a price point for the home, it was beyond my wildest dreams but she had the comps to back it up. Within a couple of days, the home was under contract for the list price-but Ashley continued to look for backup buyers just in case the buyers' financing fell through. It didn't-the transaction ended up happening right on schedule-largely because Ashley stepped in and found another lender for the buyers because their lender was taking so long. At one point, I got to see Ashley tour potential buyers through the house and she had memorized every detail of the home perfectly and was sharing it with the buyers in a conversational tone as if she herself happened to just know all that information! Another thing to know about Ashley is that, as a sellers' agent, she either attends or has a team member attend every showing. This is really important for a unique and/or historic home with so many stories to tell. As a buyer, I know I always have questions about what I'm seeing. As a seller, I'd prefer to get those questions answered accurately and immediately by my own agent. Ashley also held two open houses, which is a step that a lot of agents skip these days. I highly recommend Ashley and have already asked her for assistance with selling another home!"
